En Route is a Los Angeles design studio specializing in interior design, event design, and production. We create homes, hospitality spaces, workplaces and gatherings inspired by the stories and people they’re for.
We’re drawn to materials with texture, objects with history, and the details that make a place worth remembering. A building’s past, a host’s way of welcoming people, or a brand’s point of view gives us somewhere to begin. From there, we develop the design and bring together the people and practical work to realize it.

We listen, ask questions, and develop a direction around what matters to you. Then we carry it through material selections, sourcing, and collaboration with craftspeople and creative partners. You have someone keeping the whole project in view, connecting the design decisions to your budget, timeline, and daily needs.

That’s what interests us about design: how it influences the way people spend time together. We notice the light, the texture of a surface, the placement of a chair, and the space between one moment and the next. Beauty, comfort, and curiosity all have a place in the work.
Our founder
Meet Kelsey
Interior & Experiential Designer
Kelsey Moore’s career has taken her from fashion collections and campaign shoots to historic mill conversions and gatherings in the Moroccan desert. Across those settings, she’s drawn to the relationship between a place, its story, and the people who bring it to life.
At King Mill in Augusta, that curiosity led her into archives and vintage warehouses, where historic photographs, architectural plans, and textile artifacts helped shape the building’s next chapter. For her own wedding in Morocco, a place she had visited years earlier became the setting for four days with friends and family. She designed the experience from the travel-guide invitation to the tables where everyone gathered.
En Route brings those interests together with the practical experience of carrying a project through. Kelsey’s background spans fashion, interiors, art direction, and event production, including her work as in-house lead event producer at moss collective. Her interiors have been featured in Dwell and Augusta Magazine.
Based in Los Angeles, she leads the studio’s creative direction and stays closely involved in the decisions and collaborations that give each project its character.
