Four days, two settings, one celebration.
Years before her wedding, Kelsey visited the Agafay Desert and imagined gathering there with the people closest to her. That early impression became part of a four-day celebration across Marrakech and the desert, with a creative direction connecting the wedding weekend from the first invitation onward.
Kelsey designed the celebration as a series of gatherings, each with its own atmosphere and a shared sense of place. A custom travel-guide invitation introduced guests to the journey ahead, while stationery and design details carried the story through the weekend.
For the rehearsal dinner, white and gold stood against the desert’s red earth. Rugs, poufs, and lanterns created places to settle in. Moroccan mint tea and live guitar welcomed guests before golden-hour speeches, a family-style tagine dinner, and a fire performance beneath the night sky.
The wedding and the gatherings around it belong to the same story: bringing friends and family into a place that held personal meaning for the couple. Across the four days, Kelsey led the creative direction, connecting setting, design, and guest experience into a celebration that felt distinctly their own.

Rehearsal Dinner
Cream canvas tents rise from red desert earth. Inside, dark wood tables, canvas director’s chairs, rattan chargers, and brass lanterns set the dinner, while rugs and leather poufs outside make room to linger.

Ceremony
Wooden teepee frames dressed in pampas grass and white flowers stand on the lawn. Woven chairs and dried palm arrangements line the aisle, where guests throw white petals.

Reception
Long wood tables set with linen, candles, white florals, gold-rimmed plates, and gold flatware sit beside a reflecting pool, with lounges of leather poufs, patterned rugs, and brass tray tables nearby.

The Details
The guest experience began with a custom travel-guide invitation. Menus and stationery carried the creative direction through the celebration.

Celebration
Hanging brass lanterns, a wall of candles, and string lights light the villa after dark. A silver tea service, tall brass pitchers, and a berry-topped cake with sparklers anchor the night.

From the travel-guide invitation to dancing beneath brass lanterns, each gathering had its own atmosphere within one celebration.
