Venice, Los Angeles · Event Design & Production

A place to gather, with something new to discover.

As moss collective’s in-house lead event producer, Kelsey developed and produced 30+ brand activations, wellness programs, live music experiences, and community gatherings. She shaped how each event looked, felt, and unfolded, connecting the creative concept with the people and production behind it.

Her work ranged from conceiving an original Spring Equinox festival to designing a sold-out New Year’s Eve masquerade. She also produced events for Anthropic, Strava, and Run Tech Club, working with collaborators to bring each brand’s purpose into the setting and guest experience.

Spring Equinox Festival

Conceived and launched by Kelsey, Spring Equinox brought wellness, music, and community together to mark the change of season. She developed the concept, programming, and flow of the day, from yoga, meditation, and a sound bath to food and beverage experiences, brand activations, and DJ sets.

Kelsey negotiated sponsorship packages across 17 brands and coordinated talent, collaborators, and sponsor participation. Her role continued beyond event day: she created photo and video briefs, reviewed edits, and coordinated delivery of sponsor content and event recaps.

New Year’s Eve

Designed and produced in six weeks, the sold-out New Year’s Eve masquerade welcomed more than 300 guests to moss. Working with DJ Henry Pope and the venue team, Kelsey led creative direction, decor, sourcing, styling, and food and beverage presentation. Music, tarot readings, tattoos, and unexpected discoveries gave guests reasons to explore throughout the night.
